To complete a reservation I need your name and address, home phone, cell
phone, number of guests, and description of any pets if any. Then I will
mail and email you a rental confirmation and rental agreement that will
include the details of any payments and deposits.
About your vacation home ...
Each home is family owned and is furnished and decorated according to the
owner's tastes.
What is included?
Our homes are very clean, fully furnished and include linens and towels.
The kitchens are fully equipped with typical appliances, utensils and
cookware. Your vacation home is stocked with hand soap, toilet tissue,
dish soap, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Unless othewise stated, most homes do not have telephones. Cell phone
reception is generally good, but you should check your service
provider's coverage area.
Not all house have premium cable television. If premium cable TV is
important to you, please check the house listing to ensure that it has
premium cable service.
Do you have any questions about the house, need something special, or
would like infomation on restaurants, attractions, activities and
events?

always delighted to share our information about the Oregon Coast.
What do you upon arrival?
You will receive an arrival letter containing directions, the key lock box
code and a few helpful hints about the house. Please, please,
please - Call if you have any questions.
What do you do before leaving?
We ask that you leave the house broom clean, return furniture to its
original position and wash andy dishes done. We appreciate it if
you start a load of laundry. A departure checklist is included
with your arrival instructions.
Just some basic rules
Please respect the occupancy specified on your rental confirmation and
call if your occupancy requirements change.
Neighbors
All of our properties are non-smoking.
No parties. Minimum age is strictly enforced.
You are expected to adhere to the limits on guests, pets, cars.
Please report any maintenance, cleaning, damage issues promptly.
About pets
Pets are never allowed unless noted on your rental agreement. Please keep
pets off furniture and beds. Any sign that pets have been on furniture
or bedding will result in an additional cleaning fee. Pets should never
be left unattended in the house.
Financial Details
Your rent deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is made 30 days
before the arrival date.
Rates and amenities are subject to change without notice.
The balance of the rent and the security deposit are due four weeks before
arrival.
A security deposit is required in the form of a separate check. The
security deposit is totally refundable provided there is no damage,
missing property or excess cleaning.
Check in time is 4:00 p.m. Checkout time is 11:00 a.m. Early
check-in or late check-out may be arranged depending on the housekeeping
service schedule.
