To complete a reservation I need your name and address, home phone, cell phone, number of guests, and description of any pets if any.
Then I will mail and email you a rental confirmation and rental agreement that will include
the details of any payments and deposits.
Financial Details
Your rent deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is made 30 days before the arrival date.
The balance of the rent and the security deposit are due four weeks before arrival.
A security deposit is required in the form of a separate check.
The security deposit is totally refundable provided there is no damage, missing property or excess cleaning.
Rates and amenities are subject to change without notice.
Just some basic rules
Please respect the occupancy specified on your rental confirmation and call if your occupancy requirements change.
All of our properties are non-smoking.
No parties.
You must be 24 years of age to rent a home this is strictly enforced.
You are expected to adhere to the limits on guests, pets, cars.
Please report any maintenance, cleaning, damage concerns promptly.
About pets
Pets are never allowed unless noted on your rental agreement.
Please keep pets off furniture and beds. Any sign that pets have been on furniture or bedding will result in an additional cleaning fee.
Pets should never be left unattended in the house.
Check in time is 4:00 p.m. Checkout time is 11:00 a.m. Early check-in or
late check-out may be arranged depending on the housekeeping service
schedule.
Your rental rate is based on the number of guests and pets you requested.

We do not make refunds due to mechanical failure, natural disasters or weather conditions. Rates and amenities are subject to change without notice.
Camping in tents or recreational vehicles is not allowed.
