The "kids" bedroom has five built in bunk beds.

The walk down the hill to the beach is 9/10's of a mile. This is what gives the house it's spectacular view.  Most people would choose to drive down the hill to the beach.

The kitchen is fully equipped and linens are included.

The house is 1487 square feet.
